Time is Brain — Seed · €100K

Time is Brain, a spin-off founded by neurologists from Hospital Germans Trias i Pujol in Badalona, received a €100,000 equity investment from Banco Sabadell's BStartup Health programme — the third deal of its fourth call, to which 121 startups applied. The funds go towards completing the functional prototype of BraiN20, a real-time brain-monitoring device described by its CEO as "the electrocardiogram of stroke"; the company estimated it needs about €4.1M in total to reach market.
