Internxt, the Valencia-based encrypted, open-source cloud storage company behind the Internxt Drive, Send and Photos products, took on two new shareholders — Telefónica's Wayra and Balaji Srinivasan (ex-CTO of Coinbase and former a16z general partner) — at a €40 million valuation. The amount invested was not disclosed; earlier backers include Juan Roig's Angels, ESADE BAN and TheVentureCity.
