Herko Alternative Trucks — Seed

CDTI, through its Innvierte programme, committed €900,000 to Herko Alternative Trucks alongside Easo Ventures II and Full Global Investments; the total round size was not disclosed in the announcement, and Innvierte's co-investment in Herko has elsewhere been reported at €4.2 million. Herko, created in November 2021 by BeGas Motor and trailer maker Leciñena and based in the Basque Country, builds eco-labelled autogas and biogas last-mile delivery trucks and planned an initial pre-series of 30 units.
