Barcelona-area orphan-drug developer Minoryx closed a €51M Series C co-led by Columbus Venture Partners and Caixa Capital Risc (no single lead), with existing backers CDTI Innvierte, Fund+ and Ysios Capital. The total includes complementary bank debt alongside the equity, and funds the marketing authorisation application and launch preparation for its X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy therapy leriglitazone.
