Catalan telecom operator Parlem Telecom raised €6M from Inveready through an issue of convertible bonds priced at €7 per share, expandable to €7M. It is Parlem's second convertible financing with Inveready (the first was €3M about a year earlier) and will fund further corporate acquisitions after buying Infoself and Ecolium Energia.
