LIVALL Europe, the smart-helmet company founded in Spain by Manu Marín with headquarters in Tres Cantos (Madrid) and operations in Barcelona and Albacete, raised €4.2M through participation accounts, taking its valuation to €20M. The round was led by the Sevenzonic fund with angels including Javier Rodríguez Zapatero (ISDI, ex-Google Spain) and Juan Pedro Moreno (ex-Accenture Spain), plus former JP Morgan and Citibank executives; funds go to moving manufacturing to Spain and building an AI and digital-services platform.
