LIVALL Europe is a Madrid-based mobility-safety company that markets LIVALL-branded smart helmets across Europe, covering cycling, micromobility, skiing and motorcycling. Its helmets include crash detection with SOS alerts, integrated smart lighting, hands-free communication and voice navigation. They are sold direct to consumers online, through retail and distribution partners, and to professional users such as delivery fleets and public-sector bodies. The company has a strategic partnership with Telefónica Tech to sell its helmets and provide IoT connectivity for them, and it has supplied smart helmets to the Madrid police bike patrols. It reported €1.2 million in first-year sales, with distribution agreements in the Nordics, Benelux, Romania, Spain and Portugal. In June 2022 it raised €4.2 million at a €20 million valuation in a round led by Sevenzonic Ventures, with angel investors Javier Rodríguez Zapatero and Juan Pedro Moreno.
