OWO is a Spanish deeptech company that designs and manufactures patented haptic wearables — most notably the OWO Skin vest — which use electrical muscle stimulation rather than vibration to let users physically feel more than 30 sensations (impacts, recoil, wind, heartbeat) across 10 muscle zones in 165+ compatible games. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Málaga (National Digital Content Center), it has won CES Innovation Awards in 2022 and 2023 and has partnered with titles such as Assassin's Creed Mirage and The Crew Motorfest. It has raised roughly €8M in total, and its latest €2.7M round backed OWO Defense, a new division applying the technology to immersive tactical training for defense and security.
