HHaloTech
HaloTech is a Madrid-based industrial safety company that sells 'Safety as a Service': AI- and IoT-enabled smart helmets and wearables (Halo I, III, III+, V) feeding the HaloTech AI platform for EH&S governance, real-time environmental and biometric monitoring, fall detection and predictive risk analytics in mining, energy, construction and urban services. Founded in 2023 by serial entrepreneur Manu Marín (creator of LIVALL, former COO of Wallbox), it closed a €10M round in July 2025 at a €100M pre-money valuation to open plants in Texas, São Paulo and Castilla-La Mancha and expand in the US, LATAM and the Middle East. Clients and pilots include Codelco, BHP, FCC, Valoriza, Serveo, Celsia and the city councils of Madrid, Calviá and Albacete.
