Alicante-based Bcount closed a seed round of just over €1 million led by Archipiélago Next, combining private capital with non-dilutive financing, to digitise tax, accounting, invoicing and payroll for freelancers and small businesses. Encomenda joined and existing backers Draper B1, Coben Ventures and angel Juanjo Mostazo followed on.
