Coben Ventures is the Bilbao-based early-stage investment vehicle of Coben Group. The group was founded in 2020 by the entrepreneurs and business angels Idoia Iturbe, Iker Cámara and Unai Carmona, and it also runs the Sherpa incubation programme, the Cobeners investor community and an academy. Coben Ventures invests at pre-seed and seed in Spanish software start-ups with international ambition, favouring B2B SaaS. Its typical first cheque is €25,000–40,000, often in rounds of €50,000–150,000. Its portfolio includes Fourvenues, Aplanet, Legit.Health, Fisify, Nominis, Melow, Ealyx, Blaine, Boxify and Caleida.
