Yuvod is a Spanish media-tech company that provides a cloud-based, end-to-end IPTV/OTT platform for the hospitality industry, turning hotel in-room TVs into personalised entertainment and guest-communication hubs (branded home screens, live channels, Netflix/Prime Video/HBO casting, and hotel service upselling). Founded in 2014 in Valencia and originally serving telcos and sports OTT operators (clients have included Vodafone, Rakuten TV and DAZN), it pivoted to focus on hotels and vacation rentals and now sells as a pay-per-use SaaS/PaaS. It raised €4M in 2023 (€3M private round led by US family office Palomar Capital plus €1M from Instituto Valenciano de Finanzas and ENISA) to fund US expansion; the company is registered in Miami, Florida while its operating base and engineering team remain in Valencia, Spain.
