Barcelona-based Virtual Real Management (VRM, also branded VRM Rights) took a €2M strategic investment led by Swedish blockchain company ChromaWay to build metaverse, NFT and gaming content for sports rights-holders such as the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, LaLiga and Roland Garros. The deal was first disclosed by ChromaWay on 9 June 2022 and announced to the Spanish market on 29 June 2022; no venture stage was given for the round.
