Barcelona-based invisible-orthodontics chain Impress announced a $125M Series B (about €123M) led by LBO France to expand its hybrid clinic-plus-software model across Europe; a first closing of roughly $100M was completed with a further ~$25M to follow, taking total capital raised to about $155M. The round mixed equity with debt facilities from Norgine Ventures and Claret Capital Partners.
