Barcelona precision-oncology company Pangaea Oncology, listed on BME Growth, raised €12M through two capital increases to fund organic growth and acquisitions in new Spanish markets. New shareholders taking stakes above 5% included Eléctrica del Oeste, Irigen, Mirling Europe and Projecte Asfodel; the investors are industrial and family-office backers rather than venture funds.
