Contextual advertising company Seedtag raised over €250M from private equity firm Advent International, which became its new reference shareholder with a reported majority stake. Part of the money funds US expansion and M&A and part bought out existing shareholders; previous backers Oakley Capital, Adara Ventures, All Iron Ventures and Intelectium remained on the cap table rather than injecting new capital.
