Arkadia Space became the first Spanish space company selected by the EIC Accelerator, securing €14.5 million made up of a €2.5 million grant, €6 million of equity from the EIC Fund and €6 million of private investment. Its hydrogen-peroxide propulsion replaces toxic hydrazine and flew to orbit in 2025; the company is expanding its test centre at Castellón airport.
