Revicasa, founded in 2023 to bring pre-purchase home inspection services to Spain, raised over €600,000 in a round led by Madrid-based operational VC The Lab Ventures. The operation combined the buy-out of the initial investor's stake with a primary capital injection to scale the platform; founders Daniel Martín and Iván Samaniego remain at the helm.
