Revicasa is a Spanish proptech that provides independent, standardised technical home inspections carried out by registered architects, covering pre-purchase inspections of second-hand homes, new-build handover checks and expert reports for legal claims. Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Madrid (with a Barcelona office), it pioneered the 'home inspector' figure in Spain and operates through a network of 120+ collegiate architects across 35+ provinces, supported by its own inspection app. In January 2026 it closed a seed round of more than €600,000 led by The Lab Ventures, which also bought out the company's initial investor while founders Daniel Martín and Iván Samaniego retained control.
