HHausum
Barcelona-based Hausum provides independent technical home inspections for buyers in Spain. Licensed architects carry out each inspection using a proprietary app, and the client receives a report within 24 hours covering more than 200 points, with photos, detected defects and estimated repair costs. Hausum serves private buyers of second-hand and new-build homes, as well as real estate agencies that use the reports to win listings. Its partners include Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Spain. Architect Aleix del Campo and computer engineer Omar Lamarca founded the company in 2023. It now carries out about 4,000 inspections a year, mainly in Barcelona and Madrid, and expects revenue above €1 million. In October 2026 it closed a round of more than €500,000 led by the investment fund DIROCA, which followed an earlier friends-and-family round.
