Barcelona proptech Psquared (P²), which turns unused buildings into flexible offices for startups, closed a €2M capital increase. US fund Inn Capital led it, joined by an Argentine family office and three Argentine business angels. The company also said it was looking for a real-estate partner to invest another €40M.
