PPsquared
Psquared is a Barcelona-based proptech that acquires or leases underused buildings and turns them into flexible, custom-designed offices for fast-growing companies. It runs the whole process, from finding the property through design and fit-out to day-to-day operations. Clients pay for the service without any capital outlay, with access control, meeting-room booking, catering and events included. Its clients have included Heura, SumUp, Contentsquare, Trioteca, WIRIS, Lateral Thinking and Opera, across spaces such as Villa Roselló, Miró and El Telar in Barcelona, and it has also moved into residential through the Joum.es project with Grupo Nómada. Founded in 2019 by Argentine entrepreneurs Nicolás Manrique and Nicolás Araujo Müller, the company raised €2M in April 2021 led by Inn Capital with an Argentine family office and business angels, a €40M capital increase in July 2021 led by family offices from the United States and Latin America, and a further €1.6M in September 2022.
