Muppy (Muppy Solutions SL) is a Spanish proptech that operates a digital platform for investing in and managing residential rental assets, best known for its coliving / flex-living brand aimed at professionals and students aged roughly 20-40. Founded in Valencia in 2021 and now headquartered in Madrid, it combines property management of individual city-centre flats and whole buildings with an investment product for private and institutional investors, operating in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante and Málaga. It raised a ~€650K pre-seed (Junupa Activos, 2022/23) and a €2.3M seed round (2024) backed by executives such as Filipe de Botton, Alexandre Relvas, Carlos Robles and Alejandro Martínez Peón; in July 2026 Mutua Madrileña's Mutua Ventures acquired 10% of the company, which then managed over €150M in assets and 750+ units.
