Distrito Natural is a Madrid-based real estate developer specializing in ecological, collaborative housing (covivienda and cohousing), designing carbon-neutral, Passivhaus-certified buildings with shared community spaces. Founded in 2019 by the team behind sAtt Arquitectura Triple Balance, it built Entrepatios-Las Carolinas, winner of the 2019 European Collaborative Housing Award, and is positioned as Spain's first B Corp-certified architecture/construction company. Projects have historically been financed largely through crowdfunding from individual investors rather than traditional VC rounds.
