Distrito Natural opened an equity crowdfunding capital increase on La Bolsa Social on 27 January 2022, targeting €925K–€1.125M. Grupo Lar came in through its proptech arm Lartech, alongside Fluxus Ventures and Ecoregió with its partner BUIFA. Idealista reported Grupo Lar's entry on 3 February 2022, when the round was already more than 50% subscribed. El Español/Invertia later reported that the campaign closed with €993,172 in equity. The exact closing date was not reported. Earlier, in 2019–2020, the company raised about €1.32M in participatory loans from 27 individual investors (3% fixed plus up to 9% variable interest) for its first housing development. That was project-level debt, not a company round. In March 2024 it launched a €4.7M Bolsa Social campaign for its Edificio Talco project in Villaverde, but no close was reported, so it is left out.
