Muppy — Series A (estimated)

Mutua Madrileña took a 10% stake in Muppy through Mutua Ventures, its corporate venture vehicle, in the company's latest financing round. The amount and stage were not disclosed. Muppy manages more than €150M in assets and 750+ units, and plans to reach €400M under management within two years. The money goes to buying residential assets, expanding into new cities and launching a Wealth division.
