Spin-off of Hospital Clínic Barcelona and the Universidad de Navarra that builds real-time predictive monitoring software for anaesthesia and perioperative care. Its first round was led by Clave through the UN I+D+I Tech Transfer fund, with unnamed medical-community and international investors, and will fund EU/US regulatory approval and clinical validation.
