Pulmobiotics is a spin-off of the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) that uses engineered bacteria to develop treatments and vaccines for lung diseases. It raised €2M in seed funding from Invivo Ventures. Its first target is ventilator-associated pneumonia, with patient testing planned for 2023.
