Suma Capital's SC Growth Fund II bought a 25% stake in Barcelona video-analytics company NPAW for about €13M. This is a growth/PE minority deal, mostly a purchase of existing shares, to back NPAW's international expansion. The founders keep majority control, and Suma said it was open to later capital increases.
