Moira Capital Partners agreed to invest €15M for about 45% of Voovio, which makes 'Enhanced Reality' simulation and training software for industrial clients such as BASF, DuPont and Total. The money will fund US sales and operations and the Voovio Cloud platform. It is a growth minority deal, and CDTI later co-invested.
