Symborg makes biological fertilisers and other agricultural biotech products. The Spain Oman Private Equity Fund, managed by MCH Private Equity, bought a minority stake reported at about 30%, with existing shareholders also taking part. The amount was not disclosed, and this is a growth private-equity deal rather than a venture round.
