Atram — Pre-seed

Mercy Corps Ventures (now Prosper Global Ventures) announced its investment in Atram's pre-seed extension round, backing its climate resilience platform for merchants and financial institutions in emerging markets after a Kenya pilot with Fortune Credit borrowers through Mercy Corps Ventures' Venture Lab. No amount, lead or co-investors were disclosed; earlier seed support from FSD Africa in summer 2024, described by the founder in a LinkedIn post, was never announced as a priced round.
