Its platform scores loan portfolios and branches against hazards like flood and drought, delivers personalized early-warning alerts to borrowers via WhatsApp/SMS, and supports damage assessment and recovery financing, with an AI assistant ('Professor Portia'). Spun out of the CIFAR Alliance and backed by FSD Africa, it has pilots in Kenya and Latin America.
