Invofox — Series A · $8M

CEO Alberto Gimeno has said Invofox closed a second, larger round (a Series A) about a year after its post-YC round. There was no press release. CB Insights records it as an $8M convertible note dated 1 Feb 2024, backed by 4Founders Capital and Y Combinator. Other trackers list it as a Series A in Feb 2025, with $11.5M reported, which appears to be the total raised to date (over $11M including Rebel Fund, JME, YC Continuity, 4Founders and angels Matt Robinson and Stefan Lederer). Around late 2023 a secondary sale also brought in JME Ventures and 4Founders Capital, letting Dozen's crowd investors exit at 5.55x.
