Oriva Therapeutics — Pre-seed

Oriva Therapeutics launched with an undisclosed pre-seed round from Asabys Partners' Sabadell Asabys II fund. The company was built on two clinical-stage assets from Oncostellae and Medibiofarma: ORV-362 for endometriosis and ORV-499 for uterine fibroids. The money will pay for its first team and facilities and move the programmes towards Phase II. No other investors were named.
