Abora Solar closed a €2.64M capital increase late in 2023 and announced it in May 2024. The new shareholders were not named, and the company changed its management team at the same time. The money is for international expansion (the company is present in 36 countries), R&D, and a new hybrid-panel production line at its Zaragoza plant. The round was given no stage label. Separately, the company has received about €2M in non-dilutive funding from the European Innovation Council (EIC Accelerator).
