It is known only from the January 2025 coverage of the €650K round, which says the €800K was raised about a year earlier, around the October 2023 Murcia launch. It is dated January 2024, when coverage first cited its European backers; El Referente's startup profile gives January 2023, the founding month. January 2024 coverage said the founders were backed by European investors, including the owners of the Val-Dieu abbey beer brand.
