Seaya's €300M Andromeda growth fund acquired a 55% majority stake in Nax Solutions, a bootstrapped Spanish precision-agriculture company using AI and satellite imagery to monitor and optimise crops across more than 18 countries. The price was not disclosed and the founding team retains 45% and operational control; proceeds back expansion in Latin America, especially Brazil.
