Nax Solutions is a Spanish agtech company (a University of Alicante spin-off founded in 2017-2018) that combines daily satellite imagery, remote sensing and AI-based agronomic models to help farmers decide where and how much to irrigate and fertilise, detect crop stress and disease anomalies, and forecast yields. It sells an ecosystem of specialised apps plus API access, monitoring roughly 2.5 million hectares across 18+ countries, with a strong presence in Latin America. It bootstrapped to about €5M of recurring revenue with 50%+ EBITDA margins before Seaya's growth fund Seaya Andrómeda acquired a ~55% majority stake (announced January 2025, made effective April 2025) to fund expansion into Brazil and LatAm. It is headquartered in Alicante (Mutxamel).
