The round was launched on 27 June 2024 with a €1M target to fund the move of FRATAXAV (BTX-101) into Phase I/II trials. CDTI (through its Innvierte programme) and Nara Health Capital I FCR committed €450K between them, and a Capital Cell equity crowdfunding campaign closed on 20 December 2024 at €601,124 from 127 investors at a €10M pre-money valuation. The €1.05M figure adds these two parts and is our own estimate, because the sources do not agree on the split. Separately, in October 2024 the company received €2.17M in non-dilutive public funding (a €1.7M MICIU public-private collaboration grant and €466K from the European Commission), which is not an equity round.
