Repsol Corporate Venturing took a 21.43% stake in Valencian biotech Darwin Bioprospecting Excellence through a capital increase, with Valencian fund Biozell taking a minority position; the amount was not disclosed. Repsol also transferred to Darwin its technology for biodegrading polyethylene and polyurethane microplastics.
