BBiozell Ventures
Biozell Ventures is a Valencia-based co-investment vehicle and the investment arm of BioHub VLC, the life sciences business community in the Marina de Valencia. It was launched in 2022 with ÉTICA, Capital Cell and Inventium (ABANCA Group). It backs start-ups and scale-ups in biotech, pharma, medtech and digital health, with a focus on companies that have measurable social and environmental impact. It is built for private investors who do not specialise in health: the minimum commitment is €25,000, the portfolio is valued twice a year, and liquidity windows open after 24 months. Its portfolio includes Nuubo, Tetraneuron, Trak, Legit.Health, Darwin Bioprospecting Excellence and Ysotope Theranostics.
