Ysotope Theranostics

Ysotope Theranostics was a Spanish deep-tech biotech spin-off of the Vall d'Hebron Institut de Recerca (VHIR) that designed and validated targeted radiopharmaceuticals for precision oncology, notably PET radiotracers built from antibodies and biosimilars to image and track CAR-T cells in patients. Founded in April 2022 in Barcelona and accelerated by Lanzadera (Marina de Empresas, Valencia), it worked on a co-development and licensing model with R&D partners and raised a first €150,000 round from Biozell Ventures in March 2023, with a planned follow-on of ~€450,000. Ysotope Theranostics SL (CIF B09958760) is registered as 'extinguida' following a voluntary insolvency proceeding (Concurso Voluntario 38/2025, Juzgado de lo Mercantil nº 3 de Barcelona) published 10-17 November 2025.
