French asset manager Eiffel Investment Group committed €2M to BME Growth-listed cloud software and cybersecurity company Cuatroochenta through four-year convertible bonds, convertible into shares at €18 (a 31% premium to the market price) to fund inorganic growth. It is the first international institutional investor to enter the company's capital structure.
