Cuatroochenta (Soluciones Cuatroochenta, S.A.) is a Spanish technology holding that develops and implements cloud software and cybersecurity solutions for organisations, operating as a group of acquired and in-house B2B SaaS, ISV, VAR and professional-services companies. Founded in 2011 in the Espaitec science park of the Universitat Jaume I in Castellón, it has grown largely through acquisitions and today reports 20M+ users across ~2,000 clients in 32 countries, with 280+ employees and offices in Castellón, Madrid, Valencia, Málaga, Barcelona, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic. It has been publicly listed on BME Growth (ticker 480S) since October 2020, with ~70% of revenue recurring from subscriptions.
