MMedUX
MedUX is a Madrid-based telecom Quality of Experience (QoE) and Quality of Service (QoS) testing, benchmarking and monitoring company, operating the platform built by parent entity CASE on IT (founded 2014). It combines active testing probes/robots, crowdsourced measurements, apps/SDKs and analytics to let operators and regulators measure real end-user experience on fixed, mobile, Wi-Fi and TV networks, with 10,000+ probes deployed across 25-30+ countries and 60+ operators including Telefónica/Movistar, Vodafone, Orange, AT&T and Claro. It is a Series B company (~$17-23M raised, including a €4.1M round in 2023 and a reported ~€10M raise in 2025 to fund international expansion and two acquisitions), headquartered in Madrid with offices in Zaragoza, Miami, Bogotá, Mexico City and San José.
