Eversens — Seed

Eversens closed a convertible participative loan, not a capital increase, in December 2023. CDTI Innovación put in €250K through its Innvierte programme, co-investing with ORZA Gestión y Tenencia de Patrimonios AIE and the UN I+D+i Technology Transfer FCR. CDTI announced the deal on 18 January 2024. The round total was not disclosed; €250K is CDTI's share only.
