Flywire raised a $60M Series F led jointly by Whale Rock Capital Management, Marshall Wace and Sunley House Capital (Advent International's crossover fund). Existing investors Spark Growth, Goldman Sachs, Temasek and Adage Capital also took part. The money was for global expansion, the partner ecosystem, new markets and acquisitions, ahead of the company's May 2021 IPO. Whale Rock is shown as lead only because it is named first among the three co-leads.
