HEMAV, then a drone-services company, closed its first institutional round of €3M. Scranton Enterprises BV, a Dutch investment firm owned by Grifols shareholders and US investors, joined as a new shareholder and existing shareholders also invested. The money went to building the LAYERS digital platform and to growth in Spain and abroad. Crunchbase also lists Osborne Clarke, a law firm, but that is not confirmed as an investor, so it is left out here.
