Bonsai Venture Capital, the Spanish VC fund founded by Javier Cebrián, became a shareholder in 2003. It stayed until Apax bought its stake in 2015. Press does not give the amount. Crunchbase lists a $1M venture round in January 2003 led by Bonsai Venture Capital SCR, but that figure is a database entry only. The month is not reported, so the date uses the year alone.
